 Leadership To command is to serve, nothing more and nothing less.   —Andre Malraux.  What is leadership?  Leadership is a process “whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.  When we think of leadership, we usually think of a person who is in charge.  A leader isn’t someone who mandates or rules, a leader is a person who climbs and overcomes the rocks along the way with the individuals walking by their side.    What does it mean to be a leader? As a personal experience being the class leader was a little difficult, I didn’t know what to do but with help I could overcome it and be more efficient by helping other students keep up and do an amazing job. My main role as a leader is to help and/or assist others at the best of my abilities.  Helping our professor is another task that the class leaders need to achieve. Leading the SPC class in 2021

With COVID in the way, 2021 started as wild as 2020 ended. Online classes may not be what we are all used to, but that isn't going to stop us from fighting for our degrees. This class leader isn't planning to give up on his job either! Today, I'll be summarizing what I've learned during my first month as the class leader. Raise your hand! It's more important than you'd think! If I hadn't raised my hand when the teacher asked for two volunteers, I wouldn't be here writing this blog! Taking the initiative and not being shy is the core of any leadership position. At least, that's what I've begun to think after these few weeks. I decided to take the initiative to answer questions in other classes. My teachers often ask questions that end up unanswered. I started raising my hand, even when nobody else does!
